Proposal for art along the Göta canal at Mem, Competition for invited participants Visions by Water and National Public Art Council.2003
The proposal should incorporate six funnels on the peninsula. The funnels are like dish receivers, receiving signals from afar, the communication
method of our time. The idea was that they would be made of marble from
Kolmården with lighting rigged inside to light up the darkness. The
proposal also involved the removal of reeds and the planting of trees. From
the lock to the funnels were paths paved with Kolmården marble. The
proposal has not been implemented.
