Invited comission after prequalification. The new school are situated in an
interesting landscape: woodland, a creek, lots of sand banks and the rough
norwegian sea closeby. The work of art Basecamp consists of 16 boxes (for
equipment), a tent, a drill for water, a compass and some more things.
The art site works as a place for rest and meeting for the students but also
as a metaphore. The school as a ”basecamp” where you put all things
you need together, sharpen your ”tools” and train your skills
for the big adventure after graduation.
